What is an Expert?
When you’re planning a holiday, you like to get first hand advice from a friend who has been there, your local travel agent or even someone who lives in that far off place. That is why MySafari likes to highlight our experts. Look out for the gold star that indicates that someone is a MySafari Expert and find out more by clicking on their username.
Experts on the Ground – these experts make your holiday destination their home, and therefore know it intimately. This could be a local lodge owner, a game ranger or a knowledgeable local who wants to share the secrets of their home town.
Professional Experts – these experts are the travel agents, tour operators and tourism officers who plan the details of dream holidays to the places that they know and love.
Traveller Experts – these are the experts who have been there and done that – often. These lucky travellers have been to their favourite destination many times, each time discovering new secrets and seeing new aspects of a place.
What does an Expert on MySafari do?
All Experts on MySafari contribute regularly to posts and discussions on the site, offering friendly, helpful and up-to-date advice or opinions on travel to, and other aspects of, the destinations they are passionate about.
What don’t Experts do?
Experts are not site administrators or moderators. They do not have access to your private details, they can not edit or delete posts or comments and they can not control your or others access to the site. If you have any comments about the content or users on MySafari.com, please contact MySafari.
